Hugh Morgan

rezora’s co-founder, Hugh, is the techy brains behind this operation. He’s a Georgia boy through and through always answering complicated technical questions with the patience and kindness of the Dalai Lama, who he has actually met. He studied History and Philosophy at Georgia State University and is a prolific writer, which we all appreciate when he’s explaining his highly technical projects to us. He’s just a warm-hearted, southern gentleman and family man who mixes a mean mojito... oh, and the head of technology at a company that he built from the ground up.

Scott Gustlin Like his title says, he is the VP of Operations around here. There isn’t much that Scott doesn’t know or want to learn about. He has experience with interactive businesses in the US and overseas. Scott has been working at the nexus of marketing and technology for 20 years. An intellectual rocket scientist and an adventurous motorcyclist, Scott actually helped build the Space Shuttle Endeavor! I’m not kidding. He lived in Italy through 3 Popes, worked in England, but grew up mostly in California. I feel like it’s also important to mention that Jane Seymour has personally made Scott lunch. He has both a technical and analytic mind but also has the rare ability to understand everyone’s perspective. We would all be running in different directions if it weren’t for Scott.

Amy Cox Rumored at times to be the company backbone or den mother, Amy leads the charge in rallying up the rezora troops. After a bad fall cut her professional riding career short in the rural countryside of Oxfordshire, UK, Amy spent over 13 years in non-profit operations and management, implementing groundbreaking government policies in the areas of homelessness, drug testing and criminal assistance in London’s court system. Combined with an astute intellect and world-citizen compassion, she provides the glue for rezora’s complex business processes. As Group Account Director, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, Amy engenders just the right amount of healthy fear and respect to keep the rezora wheels turning. Her two kids, both under 5, keep her own wheels turning!

Melissa Whitaker-Dalloul She has such an infectious laugh and easy-going attitude that anyone who meets her will agree…there’s something about Melissa. We all find ourselves telling her our stories and seeking her open-minded advice. There is no doubt that she’s a southern California native with her long wavy hair, big blue eyes, and aggressive driving. Lucky for us, Melissa made a drastic change from the study of chiropractic to liberal arts, Haight Ashbury style. She joined rezora with loads of sales experience and the charm to prove it. When she’s not making moves in sales and marketing, she’s usually reading at a local coffee shop and often dreaming up her own children’s book stories.

Rick Chastain

Rick goes way back with rezora. He's not only Vice President of Marketing, he's one of the Co-Founders. Rick is the consummate marketing strategist, having translated brand strategy for a record number of leading national brands into initiatives that produce revenue. His inquisitive style invites collaboration and is proven in leading numerous teams within the software-as-a-service, sports and tourism industries. Rick is as passionate about family, thoughtful contemplation of societal advancement, and reading books on just about any topic.

Kris Bonaguro

Beware of sizing up Kris at first glance. Her peacefully attentive and at times quiet demeanor is actually a front for a mind steeped in understanding human motivations and behaviors. Don’t be fooled by doe eyes and southern sweetness. Armed with a psychology degree from the University of Florida, Kris performs daily marketing feats in her role of Marketing Manager with the grace of a wizened Zen master. She loves to reflect back on the ways of the Parisians while studying abroad. When she’s not at rezora creating graphic designs, Kris paints beauty on walls and canvas, an adorable Chihuahua named Luda by her side.

Matt Daisley

Matt Daisley worked at rezora part time while in school at CU Boulder and is now, thank goodness, full time. He codes templates and develops features for the user interface with intense focus despite the caffeinated chitchat of four women sitting across from him. Matt is very organized and keeps our meetings running on time. Matt’s dedication to his job keeps us all motivated to do our best. In his free time, he goes skydiving and is almost fully certified. Matt’s favorite achievement so far was his senior project, which involved creating and developing planitmapper.com. He hopes it’s a success; otherwise we’ll have to edit this bio.

Brad Huchteman

Brad is a welcome techy addition to the rezora crew. He works on complex development projects with dedication and optimism. Similar to Hugh, he is a rare mix of seemingly opposing talents. Brad started as an art major at the University of Georgia but changed to a CS Math major. He still finds time to indulge his creative side taking photos and drawing sketches. Despite his hard work and interesting artistic side, Brad’s claim to fame at rezora is sending around the most hilarious youtube videos that give the Atlanta and Boulder offices the same weird inside jokes. Why James Cryin?!
